About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and manage Finance systems and applications supporting mission-critical business processes
- Serve as the primary process expert in the service area
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and technology teams on end-to-end business processes
- Provide enterprise application support
- Resolve technical and functional system issues
- Perform trend analysis and identify enhancements to reduce support requests
- Collaborate with development teams to implement new and enhanced functionality
- Administer, configure, and optimize Coupa and Concur applications
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and platform health
- Manage vendor releases, upgrades, and new capabilities
- Redesign processes to incorporate AI agents alongside human support engineers
- Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes
- Monitor automations and troubleshoot failures or performance issues
- Support data migrations, imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and data quality initiatives
- Support Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing, middleware, and other enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot and coordinate integration issues
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Salesforce issues
- Analyze and resolve complex configuration, automation, data, security, and integration issues
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- Manage sandbox environments, testing, UAT, deployments, and production releases
- Coordinate major changes with developers, QA, integration teams, and business stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for configurations and business processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of SAP Concur or Coupa experience with expertise in configuration and application maintenance
- Understanding of Procure to Pay process areas, including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Expense Management
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Concur Expense or Coupa Purchasing and Invoicing modules
- Knowledge of Cognos Reporting tool
- Knowledge of SAP Concur Travel and Request is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impact
