About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders
- Lead strategic discussions and define solution visions aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end design of Salesforce solutions using Customer 360 and multi-cloud strategies
- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and value-driven solutions
- Facilitate discovery sessions and functional workshops
- Gather requirements, define business processes, and prioritize product backlogs
- Design and document business processes using structured frameworks and methodologies
- Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration and prototyping when required
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce implementation best practices and platform governance
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional business, product, and technology teams
- Partner with project managers to provide technical guidance, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies
- Bridge business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and high-quality delivery
- Mentor and coach Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants
- Lead solution estimations, technical proposals, and pre-sales activities when required
- Lead executive-level conversations and influence decisions with C-level stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the full lifecycle, from planning to go-live
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in complex digital transformation programs
- Strong expertise with the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and other Salesforce Clouds
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative development, and solution architecture best practices
- Experience working in consulting environments and leading customer-facing engagements
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to balance business needs with technical considerations and evaluate trade-offs
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex business and technical challenges
- Advanced or fluent English required
- Spanish proficiency preferred
- Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, and AI tools highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, Consumer Business Services, Utilities, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, Consumer Goods, Public Sector, Non-profit, or Education
