About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as trusted advisor to customer CxOs and shape data strategy and business cases
Own executive discovery, maturity assessments, and phased customer-calibrated roadmaps
Set target-state architecture across Data 360, Informatica IDMC, and MuleSoft
Balance platform-agnostic and Salesforce-native execution across customer technology investments
Approve architecture decisions and validate them through scoped proofs of concept
Provide architectural governance and quality assurance across concurrent engagements
Own delivery risk, executive alignment, business engagement, scope, and dependencies
Embed security, privacy, governance, and quality controls from the start
Lead AI-augmented professional services delivery using Claude Code, Gemini, Lucid AI, and NotebookLM
Define reusable prompt templates, skills, agents, accelerators, and delivery playbooks
Establish AI acceleration targets and quality guardrails
Own the practice point of view on the agentic future of SaaS
Translate industry vision into reference architectures, POVs, and AI-ready data-foundation roadmaps
Represent the practice externally and internally through publications, executive briefings, and market engagement
Provide hands-on technical leadership to Senior Advisors, Architects, and Consultants
Establish stewardship, RACI, and sustainable customer operating models
Ensure executive-ready summaries accompany technical delivery
Deliver governed, dual-purpose data foundations supporting analytics and agentic AI
Complete customer ramp-up and execute one or more customer engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) required
Must not hold dual citizenship
Must complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position
Must reside in the DMV area
15+ years of deep, hands-on data experience across data architecture, engineering, MDM, integration, and governance
8–10 years of experience supporting customers using MuleSoft required
Deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Experience across data architecture, engineering, MDM, integration, governance, quality, security, and privacy
Expertise in one or more of Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, or MuleSoft
Authority-level data modeling and semantic/metadata modeling
Proven CxO-level advisory and multi-workstream delivery leadership
Experience integrating vendor platforms into complex heterogeneous enterprise landscapes
Fluency leading AI-augmented delivery and building reusable prompt, skill, and agent assets
Recognized industry thought leadership on enterprise data, AI, and the agentic future of SaaS
Experience with MuleSoft API-led connectivity, integration patterns, API management, deployment options, and enterprise-system integrations
Understanding of MuleSoft and Salesforce integration
Familiarity with MuleSoft RPA capabilities
Multiple MuleSoft certifications (Developer and Integration Architect Associate)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree
Application design and development background
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile, and SCRUM
Ability to influence customer outcomes and convey best practices
Executive presence
CTA certification or progress toward CTA preferred
Experience managing full life-cycle Salesforce implementations preferred
