Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build “Day 1” agentic workflows and blueprints with strategic customers
Participate in 90-day Value Acceleration programs and bring 1-2 primary use cases live in production
Troubleshoot bugs and unblock implementation, usability, and security issues
Reduce Time-to-First-Value for enterprise customers
Facilitate working sessions with customers and deployment strategists
Bridge business needs and technical feasibility
Enable and support implementation partners taking over ongoing build work
Document design decisions and reusable build patterns
Feed customer engagement insights into the use case library and core product roadmap
Translate real-world customer friction into scalable product features
Transition deployment expertise into a permanent builder role within a core product pod after the rotation

What you’ll need

B.S. in Computer Science or related field, with 3.5+ GPA
Early-career engineers with 0-3 years of experience encouraged to apply
Builder's spirit and evidence of building projects independently
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable presenting to external customers and navigating complex enterprise environments
Strong desire to learn technical systems and business processes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
Enthusiasm for a rotational field-deployment model
Experience with modern programming languages such as Go, Python, or JavaScript preferred
Previous customer-facing technical experience, such as Sales Engineering, Tech Consulting, or Implementation, preferred
Hands-on Salesforce platform or agentic workflow/blueprint experience preferred
Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing preferred
