About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain RACI matrices for all business systems
- Analyze and monitor system usage to increase adoption, improve utilization, and enhance value
- Act as product owner for key business systems, including roadmaps, feature prioritization, and lifecycle management
- Own validation for new system evaluations and purchases
- Lead ideation, development, and delivery for AI use cases
- Manage integrations and advanced configurations/support
- Collaborate with business leaders to align system strategies with business goals and develop integrated roadmaps
- Implement system-driven solutions to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort
- Create and maintain documentation of system data flows, business processes, and configurations
- Establish and enforce standards and procedures for system configuration management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of enterprise business systems, such as CRM, ERP, and HRIS
- Experience leading and managing a G&A and Finance system tech stack, including Netsuite, Zone Billing, and HiBob
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities and tools for complex AI solutions
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level business systems
- Proven experience with system integrations and middleware technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with business process mapping and documentation
- Knowledge of system configuration management principles and best practices
- Ability to define and promote best practices for system usage and administration
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, and cloud-based platforms
- Project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
