About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, create, and publish LinkedIn content across multiple accounts
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of webinars
- Follow up on webinars, including lead handling and follow-ups
- Support the creation and structuring of proposals, particularly in the enterprise context
- Provide operational support for marketing campaigns and GTM activities
- Maintain HubSpot records and perform basic analyses, such as contacts, campaigns, and lists
- Support the COO with administrative tasks, such as accounts receivable and projects
- Work closely with the HubSpot Unit Lead
- Contribute to the visibility and market positioning of the HubSpot Diamond Partner Unit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a comparable field
- At least two, ideally three, semesters remaining
- Initial practical experience in marketing, sales, or content is an advantage
- Structured and independent working style
- Interest in B2B, SaaS, and digital business models
- Confident using LinkedIn and digital tools
- Fluent in German and English
- Initial experience with HubSpot or CRM systems is a plus
- Experience in content creation, including copywriting and, if applicable, simple visuals, is a plus
- Interest in webinar or event formats is a plus
