About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end operational execution of assigned ecommerce promotions from intake through launch validation and post-campaign review
- Review promotional requirements and determine setup strategies, business rules, timing, eligibility criteria, and customer experience standards
- Configure, maintain, and optimize promotions within Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related ecommerce platforms
- Establish execution priorities based on business impact, launch deadlines, dependencies, customer considerations, and operational risk
- Communicate launch readiness, risks, corrective actions, and key decisions to organizational stakeholders
- Lead quality assurance testing and launch validation across web, mobile, and app channels
- Determine whether promotions meet launch standards and delay release when requirements or quality expectations are not met
- Serve as primary operational owner for promotion-related issues, troubleshooting customer experience, product eligibility, and configuration challenges
- Escalate financial exposure, policy, system defect, and governance risks when necessary
- Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, operational defects, and feedback to identify improvements
- Conduct post-promotion reviews and recommend enhancements to promotional strategies, workflows, controls, and customer experiences
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, best practices, checklists, and process standards
- Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Customer Service, Site Operations, and Technology teams
- Support special projects and other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital merchandising, pricing, promotions, or related ecommerce functions
- Experience working within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and other ecommerce platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence partners across the organization
- Demonstrated ability to assess risks, solve problems, and make sound business decisions within established guidelines
- Experience partnering across Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Technology, and Customer Service teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into effective operational solutions
- Required to be onsite at the corporate office on specified days
