About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take responsibility for growth in your region and serve as the central point of contact locally
  • Proactively approach salon owners by phone, through walk-ins, or via social media (cold outreach)
  • Assess the salon’s needs on site
  • Conduct product demos and show how Salonkee simplifies day-to-day salon operations
  • Own your sales funnel from first contact through closing
  • Plan your week independently
  • Work toward clear goals and develop your skills with support from a manager
  • Complete a Field Day and additional interviews as part of the hiring process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous sales experience is not required
  • Experience in hospitality, beauty, retail, fitness, events, or another customer-facing field is an advantage
  • Outgoing personality and enjoyment of connecting with people by phone and in person
  • Ability to inspire people and spark their interest
  • Resilience when dealing with rejection
  • Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and willingness to develop
  • Structured and organized approach to work
  • Confident use of digital tools
  • Business-fluent to native-level German
  • Good English skills
  • Class B driver's license
  • Enjoyment of working in and traveling around your local region
