About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own HubSpot as the marketing team’s system of record, including properties, workflows, lists, forms, email deliverability, user permissions, and governance standards
- Connect HubSpot and the wider marketing stack to Salesforce, website, webinar and event platforms, paid media channels, and data enrichment tools
- Monitor integration sync health and ensure reliable data movement between systems
- Evaluate software, run pilots, negotiate contracts and renewals, and remove unused tools
- Maintain the marketing stack roadmap, including owners, costs, renewal dates, integrations, AI, and automation tools
- Build and maintain lead scoring and routing models with clear follow-up SLAs
- Set up multi-touch attribution models for marketing channels
- Clean duplicate and incomplete records, establish data standards and enrichment rules, and manage consent and subscription preferences
- Maintain target account lists, account-level engagement scoring, and intent signals across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Standardize lifecycle funnel stages, definitions, criteria, and handoff rules
- Own campaign setup standards, UTM conventions, naming taxonomy, HubSpot campaign objects, and Salesforce campaign hierarchy
- Establish A/B testing frameworks for email, landing pages, and paid media
- Document campaign launch, lead management, and other internal processes
- Build global processes across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
- Partner with RevOps, Sales Ops, and finance to maintain shared definitions and a single source of truth for pipeline
- Build funnel, pipeline, channel, budget, and ROI dashboards and reports
- Support annual and quarterly planning with funnel math tied to pipeline targets
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting reviews
- Train marketing and sales teams on HubSpot and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing technology, ideally in B2B SaaS, data, or media
- Expert-level HubSpot administration skills
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including the HubSpot–Salesforce integration, campaign objects, and lead and contact management
- Track record of building lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stage frameworks adopted by sales teams
- Working knowledge of first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch attribution models
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and consent management in a global marketing database
- Strong analytical skills, power-user spreadsheet skills, and experience with at least one BI or reporting tool
- Ability to document systems and processes
- Ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders and address data quality risks
- Project management skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- SQL skills or data warehouse experience
- Experience with data enrichment, intent, or ABM platforms is a plus
- Experience supporting marketing teams across multiple countries and time zones is a plus
- Ad tech, media, or measurement industry background is a plus
