Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of backend or fullstack experience with frequent product shipping
Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and architectures
Experience with or curiosity for Node.js, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js, and AWS, including CDK and CloudFormation
Experience designing and building APIs, services, and scalable systems
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Experience working with databases, testing, and CI/CD
Experience employing AI in daily work and creating reusable workflows
Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues
Product mindset and focus on impact as well as delivery
Bonus: App-first products, React Native, or cloud-based AI workloads
