About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate pre-installation logistics with partners
- Validate customer and site readiness, including cable availability and configuration
- Ensure Statements of Work are understood and achievable before kickoff
- Track real-time installation progress against project plans
- Identify deviations and define or remediate action plans
- Drive weekly installation reporting and update internal teams
- Maintain installation evidence and documentation
- Serve as an escalation and troubleshooting contact during installation phases
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Support
- Ensure installation partners are trained and follow Samsara standards
- Monitor installation-related CSAT and resolve root causes of dissatisfaction
- Provide proactive customer communication during installation projects
- Improve the installation coordination process using AI and RPA tools
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in field operations coordination, customer implementation, or technical deployment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple installs in parallel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration
- Strong bias for standardization, automation, and AI
- Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI and RPA tools
- Legal right to work at Samsara and in the specified work location, if applicable
