About the role

Own design for strategic initiatives within a product area
Frame problems and design/build experiences across web and mobile
Carry products through launch and iteration with product and engineering partners
Engage directly with strategic customers and incorporate feedback into the design process
Lead large, ambiguous initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration
Deliver work demonstrating sound judgment and taste
Use customer research and product data in product decisions
Leverage AI tools throughout the design process and define new ways of working
Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technology
Ship code to production across the design system, web products, and mobile apps
Lead through building rather than politics

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications
Portfolio with case studies showing an ambiguous, multi-part problem-solving approach and post-launch results; applications without a portfolio cannot be considered
Deep interaction and visual design skills
Regular use of AI tools in design practice, such as Cursor or Figma Make, with attributable shipped work
Experience mentoring designers, formally or informally
Direct customer research experience and ability to use it for product decisions
Experience shipping with cross-functional teams on short cycles
