About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional creative programs from intake and brief review through scoping, production, review, approval, and launch
  • Develop program plans for brand campaigns, product launches, events, and web initiatives
  • Translate Marketing priorities into actionable creative roadmaps
  • Track milestones and deliverables, provide status updates, and identify and mitigate risks
  • Partner with Creative leadership to run traffic, prioritization, and creative review cadences
  • Run and improve the creative intake process
  • Build and maintain capacity and demand forecasts across internal teams, freelancers, and agency partners
  • Recommend resource trade-offs and escalate constraints
  • Manage creative vendor and agency relationships, including SOWs, timelines, asset delivery, and budget tracking
  • Align Marketing, PMM, Campaigns, Brand, Events, and Web on priorities, timelines, and approval frameworks
  • Communicate program health, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership
  • Facilitate team discussions, resolve conflicts, and remove delivery impediments
  • Define, document, and scale creative workflows, SOPs, and governance
  • Administer and optimize the creative work-management stack and build performance dashboards
  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools and automations to improve creative delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience in an in-house creative studio, brand/marketing team, or creative agency
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder creative programs from brief through delivery
  • Experience building and running creative intake, resourcing, capacity planning, and review/approval processes
  • Proficiency with work-management tools and methodologies, including Airtable, Jira, Asana, Workfront, and Google Sheets
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting on delivery performance
  • Experience integrating AI tools into program management or creative workflows
  • Strong understanding of creative production processes, including design, copy, video, and web
  • Experience managing agency partners, freelancers, and external vendors, including scopes of work and budgets
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving obstacles and risks
  • Must reside in the United States, except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area
  • Working hours in the Pacific time zone
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across a variety of time zones
