Key responsibilities & impact

Execute Samsara’s internal communications strategy
Communicate the company’s vision and strategy to employees and demonstrate progress throughout the year
Amplify Samsara’s global brand and support business needs
Support internal communications across leadership, People, Legal, and Go-to-Market stakeholders
Write change and organizational announcements
Produce newsletters and videos
Monitor organizational feedback and optimize communications updates and channels
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of internal communications experience building and executing strategic internal communications programs
Excellent written, verbal, visual communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Experience originating creative content across a variety of channels
Experience partnering and a proven track record working cross-functionally
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with continuous change
Curiosity about AI and regular use of AI for drafting, synthesizing, or automating
Start-up experience preferred
Design and video editing skills are a plus
Tech and SaaS company experience strongly preferred
