About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set a vision and ship work shaping how customers and internal teams operate
Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders
Set interaction patterns and visual systems for other designers
Build direct relationships with strategic customers
Lead large, ambiguous initiatives across multiple product areas from problem framing through launch and iteration
Demonstrate design judgment and act as a domain taste maker
Meet and engage strategic customers, bringing customer input and product data into decisions
Leverage AI tools throughout the design process and define new ways of working
Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technology
Contribute to the design community
Ship code to production across the design system, web products, and mobile apps
Set quality standards through building and shipping

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications
Track record of leading work spanning multiple product areas
Strong portfolio and/or case studies showing design craft and quantified impact across multiple product areas or platform-wide systems
Portfolio required; applications without a portfolio cannot be considered
Deep interaction and visual design skills
Judgment to define new patterns for other designers and teams
Regular use of AI tools in design practice, such as Cursor or Figma Make, with shipped work attributable to them
Experience mentoring designers formally and informally
Experience partnering with senior leadership
Legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location
