About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end process transformation and AI-enabled projects, from discovery through implementation and benefits realization
Define project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping using BPMN, SIPOC, or other tools, including value stream mapping
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across business processes
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with Business stakeholders, IT, Data Science, and AI teams
Support change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption
Design future-state processes integrating AI, automation, and digital tools
Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation use cases, including GenAI, RPA + AI, OCR, NLP, and predictive analytics
Support PoCs, pilots, and scale-up of AI solutions
Apply and reinforce AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI principles
Define and track KPIs, value realization, and benefits
Ensure documentation, standards, and controls are properly maintained
Act as a trusted partner to business leaders and functional teams
Facilitate workshops, process deep dives, and design sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or digital transformation
Proven experience with process mapping and redesign (As-Is / To-Be)
Hands-on experience participating in or leading AI, automation, or advanced analytics projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Expertise in Asana Project Management
Fluent English and Portuguese
ChatGPT is a plus
