About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize the recruiting technology stack
- Streamline workflows, capture high-fidelity hiring signals, and measure candidate experience and long-term quality of hire
- Own the end-to-end hiring journey for candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, stakeholders, and the recruiting team
- Partner with HR, Finance, onboarding, and immigration to build seamless workflows and triage complex operational issues
- Optimize processes from headcount planning through offer execution
- Manage interviewer load balancing
- Lead interviewer enablement programs
- Lead and grow a team of Recruiting Coordinators
- Oversee complex interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and on-site candidate experiences
- Provide recruiting support, including stepping in as a Recruiter, resolving unique candidate issues, and assisting with high-profile coordination needs
- Drive global talent branding and develop an employer value proposition
- Lead campus recruiting strategy and cultivate relationships with universities and industry communities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or a similar function
- 1+ years of direct people management experience
- Proven track record of optimizing recruitment workflows and tech stacks
- Demonstrated ability to integrate automation or AI tools to improve team efficiency and candidate signal capture
- Strong analytical skills for measuring hiring experience metrics, validating evaluation criteria, managing interviewer load, and translating recruiting data into actionable insights on quality of hire
- Proven ability to build partnerships with HR, Finance, and hiring managers
- Experience building and delivering interviewer training and hiring manager enablement
- Experience structuring smooth, highly calibrated assessment processes
- Builder’s mindset and ability to manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing when needed
- Frontier technology and/or startup experience is highly desired
- Hands-on experience building, testing, or deploying AI recruiting tools is highly desired
- Employer branding expertise is highly desired
- Prior full-cycle Recruiter or Technical Sourcer experience is highly desired
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located
- Cannot currently participate in foreign talent programs sponsored by China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea
