About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process from customer order receipt through stock delivery
- Coordinate with international supply teams, Key Account Managers, and warehouse partners
- Execute customer channel management activities, including monthly allocation planning and quantity split management across wholesalers
- Maintain relevant systems and prepare customer communications
- Coordinate price change implementation, approvals, price list updates, stakeholder notifications, compensation processing, credit notes, and reconciliations
- Manage product returns and claims, including eligibility assessment, logistics coordination, execution, and documentation
- Oversee sampling activities, including ordering, distribution, inventory monitoring, and destruction
- Execute regulatory and administrative activities, including authority notifications, product master data maintenance, customer confirmation letters, and product launch support
- Prepare and manage country reporting requirements, forecasting approvals, commercial reports, and operational performance tracking
- Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and patient calls
- Ensure timely execution and documentation of logistics activities, accurate records and reports, procedural compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Economics is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, commercial operations, supply chain, sales support, or related business operations roles connected with logistics operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with reports, sales data, forecasting information, and operational metrics
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different functions and external partners
- Proficiency in SAP system
- Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint would be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Adaptable, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing complex operational processes
- Fluent Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or highly regulated industry is desirable
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, data reporting tools, or supply chain management systems is desirable
- Knowledge of supply chain, order management, inventory management, ERP systems, master data, product distribution, transportation, warehouse management, and related processes
