About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate statistical reports
  • Update contract activity tables
  • Prepare reports and statements regarding contract efficiency
  • Develop, maintain, and refine cost models and estimates for service contracts, parts, labor rates, rebuilds, warranty work, and related service offerings
  • Perform cost, variance, margin, and profitability analyses at contract, branch, product, or customer level
  • Support development, review, and commercial evaluation of service contracts
  • Track, analyze, and report contract costs, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators
  • Maintain accurate records of contract-related financial data, change impacts, and cost transactions
  • Assist with reconciliations and basic audits
  • Collaborate with Service Excellence, branch teams, warranty, operations, and finance
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards supporting decision-making, standardization, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to playbooks, standards, and best practices related to contracts and costing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of University
  • Minimum of 5 years of financial background activities including costing, pricing analysis, contract administration, and financial analysis
  • Experience within industrial equipment, mining, heavy manufacturing, aftermarket/parts & services, or a similar technical service environment
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite
  • Heavy use of Excel
  • Some Salesforce experience
  • Legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship
  • Temporary work authorizations, including OPT, do not meet this requirement
  • Power BI experience preferred
  • Process improvement / efficiency approach to work preferred
