About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as Super User and subject matter expert for Blue Yonder Transportation Management System
- Support Control Tower teams and Freight Leads globally
- Maintain transportation master data, carrier profiles, routing rules, service levels and transportation parameters
- Monitor system performance, investigate issues and coordinate solutions with Process and IT teams
- Support transportation optimization initiatives to improve service levels and reduce freight costs
- Coordinate testing, validation and deployment of system enhancements and new functionality
- Serve as key expert for SAP transportation and freight-related processes
- Ensure data consistency and integration between SAP, TMS, WMS and external carrier systems
- Support troubleshooting and participate in user acceptance testing
- Analyze transportation performance, carrier performance and freight spend
- Develop and maintain freight dashboards, KPI reporting and Power BI analytics
- Provide first-line support, training and guidance to logistics users
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and global logistics transformation projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3-5 years of experience in transportation, freight management, logistics systems or supply chain operations
- Experience working with Transportation Management Systems, preferably Blue Yonder TMS
- Strong understanding of transportation planning, carrier management and freight operations
- Experience working with SAP, preferably within logistics or transportation processes
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Experience supporting systems, integrations, process improvements or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with global stakeholders
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the EU or hold a valid permit to work in the EU
