About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the creation and execution of internal communications, marketing, and event campaigns.
- Create, format, and proofread graphic materials for internal, digital, and print channels, following the visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Support content production for newsletters, bulletin boards, announcements, social media, and events, as well as tracking their results.
- Support the coverage of corporate events and initiatives, including the production of records and content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative projects, contributing ideas and solutions aligned with the department’s objectives.
- Support the preparation of briefs, action planning, and organization of the communications and marketing calendar.
- Interact with different company departments and suppliers to gather information, align requirements, and enable projects.
- Monitor request deadlines, proactively flagging potential challenges and support needs to leadership.
- Support the department’s administrative routines, including submitting requisitions and tracking deliveries with suppliers.
- Support the management of promotional merchandise inventory, delivery planning, and identification of replenishment and adjustment needs.
- Contribute new ideas, initiatives, and improvements that support the team’s goals and results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, from the fourth semester onward, in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and design and editing tools such as Adobe, Corel, Canva, CapCut, and similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of marketing, communications, and visual identity.
- Familiarity with photography, videography, and content production.
- Organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
- Creativity and the ability to propose new ideas and solutions.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Practical experience in marketing and communications activities is preferred.
