Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support master data initiatives enabling business transformation, ERP projects, and operational improvements across Australia
Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven process improvements and system enhancements
Drive data quality, governance, compliance, and effective management of master data across business systems
Support business change through stakeholder engagement, training, coaching, and adoption of data management best practices
Contribute to local and global projects through data management, continuous improvement, reporting, testing, and process optimisation
Support global master data ticket resolution and cross-regional Screening Solutions projects
Report to the Master Data Manager – Screening Solutions Division

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience in Master Data Management within manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry
Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience supporting transformation, automation, ERP, or major system change initiatives, including cleansing, mapping, validation, testing, and post-implementation support
Strong SAP ERP or similar ERP experience
Knowledge of SAP MDG, equipment hierarchy, BOM, technical documentation, and ticket workflows
Teamcenter PLM and Infor M3 experience desirable
Advanced Excel and reporting or analytics capability
Ability to work across local and global stakeholders
Strong data quality, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and practical delivery skills
Willingness and ability to travel within Australia and occasionally internationally
Ability to secure valid work rights for employment in Australia
May be required to satisfy national police check and other applicable security, medical, and character requirements
