About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align and develop Trade Compliance processes across the Mining organisation
- Engage with stakeholders, process owners, Business Areas and divisions to understand needs, pain points, regulatory requirements and improvement opportunities
- Translate business and compliance needs into process requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS process design, testing, implementation and post-go-live support
- Improve process documentation, future process models, work instructions and training material
- Support Trade Compliance data quality, reporting and analytics initiatives
- Prepare test scenarios, execute process tests, follow up defects and support user acceptance testing
- Contribute to change impact assessments and adoption activities
- Monitor process performance and support continuous improvement
- Act as a point of contact for Trade Compliance process questions
- Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in process work, business analysis, continuous improvement, projects or change initiatives
- Experience in Trade Compliance, logistics, customs, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP GTS is an advantage
- Analytical, structured and comfortable working with complexity
- Strong process understanding and process mindset
- Ability to engage stakeholders and work across business, system and data topics
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the EU or hold a valid permit to work in the EU
