About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions for the finance organization
- Act as a strategic partner by identifying digitalization opportunities
- Connect business needs with technology and improve efficiency across finance processes
- Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities and backlogs
- Drive digital initiatives from concept to execution using agile ways of working
- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
- Lead change and support adoption of new digital tools
- Ensure effective integration of technologies across the application landscape
- Monitor outcomes and communicate progress to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to IT and digitalization for Sandvik Group Functions, including Finance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in product ownership, IT leadership or digital transformation
- Preferably experience within Finance IT
- Solid understanding of finance processes and supporting IT systems
- Experience from a large organization is helpful
- Good understanding of data, integration and AI, including their potential within finance
- Experience with ERP solutions and related application landscapes
- Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, priorities and backlogs
- Experience leading initiatives involving multiple business and IT stakeholders
- Experience with agile ways of working and change management
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience
- Collaborative and communicative approach
- Solution-oriented mindset and leadership skills
