About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically lead the Screening business unit
- Ensure safety, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, sustainable aftermarket growth, and divisional results
- Translate the Services strategy into action plans for the Screening product line
- Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of the technical team
- Develop specialists, successors, and knowledge multipliers
- Serve as the division’s primary technical reference for critical analyses, troubleshooting, technical reviews, and customer solutions
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of field services
- Ensure delivery quality, productivity, appropriate use of resources, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Act as a consultant to customers, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, reduce risks, and enhance equipment performance
- Develop business through contract expansion, inspections, refurbishments, upgrades, digitalization, remote monitoring services (RMS), and value-added solutions
- Build and execute customer portfolio growth strategies with Account Managers and Engineers
- Use operational data, reports, inspections, and digital tools to monitor trends and KPIs
- Integrate Sales, Contracts, Engineering, Procurement, Workshop, Product Management, global teams, and customer operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, plus a postgraduate qualification or MBA, in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field
- Experience leading technical teams and managing field services and industrial operations
- Advanced or fluent English
- Strong technical knowledge of screening, vibratory screens, applications, maintenance, failure analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of industrial equipment
- Experience in aftermarket services, service contracts, inspections, upgrades, refurbishments, and value-added solutions
- Ability to turn technical expertise into business opportunities and customer value
- Knowledge of KPI management, operational planning, productivity, profitability, digitalization, remote monitoring services (RMS), remote monitoring, and data analysis
- Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong results orientation, with a focus on people development and customer relationships
- Willingness to travel
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Collaborative mindset with an ownership mentality
