About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and update financial models for utility-scale renewable energy project portfolio
  • Support valuation analysis including IRR, NPV, and cash flow projections
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis on power prices, capital costs, operating expenses, and financing terms
  • Analyze power price forecasts, storage revenue opportunities, and contract structures
  • Support evaluation of PPA pricing, merchant exposure, and capacity revenues
  • Work closely with Development and Commercial teams to update project economics as development milestones are achieved
  • Track key project assumptions including interconnection costs, capital expenditures, and operating expenses
  • Assist with preparation of investment memos, lender presentations, and financial summaries
  • Support due diligence processes for project financing and acquisitions
  • Maintain project valuation databases and analytical tools
  • Support improvements to financial modeling templates and analytics workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in renewable energy, project finance, energy consulting, or investment banking
  • Exposure to financial modeling and infrastructure or energy project economics
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative analysis into clear insights
