About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the annual operating plan and rolling forecast processes end to end
  • Build and maintain the financial model that gives leadership a clear picture of the business
  • Turn monthly actuals into actionable insight
  • Develop scenario models for evaluating strategic decisions
  • Translate business strategy into financial frameworks, including headcount, capacity, and unit economics
  • Partner with GTM, Product, and G&A leaders on resource decisions
  • Align ARR reporting, booking metrics, and sales productivity metrics with Revenue Operations
  • Advocate for data-grounded decisions and challenge unsupported plans
  • Build reliable, scalable FP&A systems and processes
  • Drive adoption of modern FP&A tooling and integrations across ERP, CRM, and data warehouse systems
  • Create self-service reporting for business leaders
  • Translate complex business dynamics into action and shape resource allocation, performance measurement, and long-term strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 10 years in FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance
  • At least 3 years in a senior or leadership role at a high growth company
  • Deep command of SaaS metrics and how they interact
  • Track record building financial models that get used to make decisions
  • Strong communication skills to translate financial complexity into clear language for non-finance audiences
  • High integrity and low ego
  • Bias for action; ability to make decisions with imperfect information and course-correct
  • Ability to track down discrepancies in a revenue bridge
