About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as primary communications lead for Sanofi's Customer Facing Capabilities organization supporting North America field operations
  • Advise CFC leadership and senior business stakeholders on messaging, timing, and communication channels
  • Lead two-way communication of change initiatives and build stakeholder understanding, trust, and buy-in
  • Use AI-generated sentiment analysis and engagement data to inform messaging strategy
  • Partner with Change Management teams on communication strategies for strategic transformation initiatives
  • Advise on communication best practices, tone, and positioning using AI-supported research and benchmarking
  • Facilitate and improve Regional Business Director / Zone Business Director Connect & Learn meetings
  • Redesign and govern the CFC Champion program
  • Identify and escalate emerging stakeholder needs, concerns, and trends
  • Direct and quality-control AI-assisted communications content including email announcements, newsletters, FAQs, talking points, and presentations
  • Translate complex technical and operational information into audience-appropriate language
  • Oversee AI-supported video and multimedia content development
  • Establish and maintain communication cadence and calendar
  • Use AI-powered analytics to measure communication effectiveness and refine strategies
  • Maintain communication standards, templates, and guidelines
  • Maintain and improve the field-facing CFC SharePoint site

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, field operations, or commercial excellence
  • Proven track record of leading communication strategies for large-scale organizational change or transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with or supporting field sales organizations, preferably in a North American commercial setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships at senior levels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior leadership and field-facing teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to inform communication strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance forums effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Experience managing SharePoint sites or similar intranet/content management platforms
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a pharmaceutical commercial or field effectiveness function
  • Preferred: Experience with AI-assisted content creation and productivity tools and familiarity with AI-powered analytics platforms
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM platforms and field reporting tools
  • Preferred: Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR)
  • Preferred: Experience designing and facilitating leadership engagement programs
  • Preferred: Experience with multimedia and video content production tools
  • Preferred: Prior experience in a matrixed, multinational organization
