About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary functional expert for the enterprise GTN forecasting and planning platform across Market Access workstreams
  • Support GTN Channel Forecasting, Accrual & Reserve Analysis, and Pre-Deal and Post-Deal Analytics models
  • Maintain knowledge of Anaplan model mechanics, calculation logic, data flows, lists, modules, line items, and hierarchies
  • Translate business requirements into digital and technical specifications
  • Build and modify Anaplan models, modules, calculation logic, user interface screens, and dashboards
  • Partner with IT/Digital teams on platform governance, infrastructure, and deployment
  • Own business-led model changes through design, build, test, and release cycles
  • Serve as first escalation point for model questions, data discrepancies, and functional issues
  • Define and maintain reporting frameworks for monthly GTN reviews, rolling forecasts, and finance reporting
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials for Market Access Analytics users
  • Identify, prioritize, and govern platform enhancements and model changes
  • Coordinate with Data Engineering and Digital teams to ensure accurate, timely, and correctly structured forecasting data
  • Diagnose issues, coordinate resolutions, and communicate impacts and timelines to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences market access
  • Exposure to GTN, financial forecasting, contracting analytics, or enterprise planning systems
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise planning or EPM platforms
  • Anaplan strongly preferred; Level 1 and Level 2 certification a plus
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT/Digital, and external implementation vendors
  • Bachelor's degree required; field of study is open
  • Quantitative reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to learn and master complex systems
  • Experience developing training materials and enabling business users on analytical tools or platforms preferred
  • Experience with SQL and data models
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Ability to explain complex model logic clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborative and cross-functional working style
  • Self-directed and intellectually curious
  • Advanced degree preferred but not required
  • Must be a qualified applicant residing in the United States or Puerto Rico
