About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership across Digital Data Science, Translational Medicine, Development teams, and Clinical Operations to drive product adoption
  • Define, track, and optimize product metrics and business outcomes
  • Manage product backlog prioritization and serve as primary decision-maker for product features and requirements
  • Guide AI product development from pre-clinical through real-world evidence integration
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams through agile methodologies, ensuring on-time delivery of product increments
  • Lead AI product strategy and delivery for Evidence Generation and Decision Sciences within Digital Clinical Development
  • Drive end-to-end Real-World Evidence-based causal inference modeling product ownership from vision to value delivery
  • Leverage AI and data analytics to transform drug development processes
  • Reduce clinical development cycle time, minimize development risk, and optimize costs through quantitative approaches and agentic AI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in product management or complex digital solution development
  • 3+ years in model development or data science
  • Healthcare/biotech experience with clinical datasets preferred
  • Expert knowledge of causal modeling and causal inference
  • Familiarity with knowledge graphs, foundation models, and Real World Evidence analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather requirements, create user stories and process flows, analyze gaps, develop future-state maps, perform root-cause analysis, develop hypotheses, build business cases, analyze ROI, and drive data-based decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to think and influence strategically
  • Proficiency in AI technologies, clinical development applications, and agile/lean methodologies
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, system integration and data flows, SQL or other data-querying capabilities, and UX/UI principles and user-centered design thinking
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred
  • Strong preference for candidates with both scientific and data science backgrounds
  • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident
