About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the success of launch and growth across assigned accounts in the Madrid–Levante territory
- Identify key stakeholders in transplant centers, including hematologists and other specialties involved in cGvHD management
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans, segmentation, profiling, visit plans, and customer-focused messages
- Collect field insights and competitive intelligence and share findings with Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Medical teams
- Develop customer-focused plans aligned with brand strategy
- Orchestrate unbranded campaigns to raise awareness of prevention, implementation, and monitoring of patients
- Strengthen disease and product mastery through HCP engagements, congresses, and scientific meetings
- Build relationships with HCPs through quality medical information and an ethical, compliant approach
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams in transplant centers and build Sanofi's image and reputation in transplantation
- Achieve sales goals and qualitative performance parameters in the assigned area during launch
- Develop and implement commercial, customer-focused projects to optimize patient care
- Execute brand-aligned plans in collaboration with Medical, Customer Engagement, and other relevant functions
- Organize local symposia and workshops with key customers
- Participate in local, national, and international meetings and symposia
- Ensure medication availability in all centers in the territory
- Maintain compliance with Sanofi's code of conduct and applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Established experience as commercial representative
- Experience desired in hematology, oncology, transplant, immunology and/or rare disease
- Extensive knowledge of the health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends
- Marketing, project management, digital competencies, and key account management experience
- Experience mapping accounts, collecting insights, and establishing account plans for introducing new products at hospital level
- Ability to work autonomously, learn fast, work in an Agile manner, and integrate a TRT (Thoughtful Risk Taking) mindset
- Strong result orientation, commercial skills, networking capabilities, and negotiating skills
- Problem-solving, analytical, adaptability, organization, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel, with a minimum of 80% customer-facing activities
- Agile learning across the LCM
- Ability to discuss and manage objections
- Advanced Office package proficiency
- CRM, omnichannel approach, Power BI, AI tools, and data analytics proficiency
- Ability to create a 360 account plan overview
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Desired scientific knowledge in immunology, hemato-oncology and/or transplant
- Bachelor's degree in Science preferably Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, or Chemistry
- Valid driver's license
- Spanish native language
- English reading and understanding; speaking highly desired
