About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Group’s legal counsel and privacy officers on legal matters relating to personal data protection
- Contribute to drafting legal opinions on applicable personal data protection legislation
- Participate in reviewing contracts and clauses relating to personal data protection
- Update the record of processing activities
- Participate in developing procedures applicable to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Support the implementation of personal data protection standards applicable to artificial intelligence
- Contribute to legal monitoring in the areas of data protection, cybersecurity, and health law across all jurisdictions
- Help create awareness and training materials for Sanofi Group legal counsel and privacy officers, in English and French
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in digital law, health law, or business law
- Good knowledge of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the GDPR
- Interest in artificial intelligence
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and dynamism
- Fluent English
- Ability to work in both French and English
