About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide project management and administrative support to the Head of Portfolio Strategy & Medical Planning and Global Medical Heads for Neurology and Oncology
  • Manage multiple, often conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fulfill scheduling and coordination, document development, screening, and reporting
  • Provide on-site administrative support
  • Manage calendars and schedules
  • Organize meetings and events
  • Manage domestic and global meeting logistics
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Process expenses efficiently and compliantly
  • Maintain contact with relevant Sanofi executives
  • Support communications and meetings in person
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding future initiatives and projects
  • Track project status for area executives
  • Establish workflow priorities based on tasks and interdepartmental needs
  • Provide ad hoc project support to leadership team members
  • Interface with P&C, Finance, Facilities, and Digital/IT
  • Prepare documentation for vendor, consultant, and supplier payments
  • Submit statements of work and track submissions through purchase-order execution
  • Respond to accounts-payable and payee inquiries
  • Support ongoing operation of the business area and external executive relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • High level of proficiency in scheduling and operating Zoom meetings
  • Experience with SharePoint content administration
  • Familiarity with the pharma industry and business organization
  • Experience supporting senior-level business leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High ethical standards and maintenance of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently in a global, multi-site, multi-national environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and collaborate with cross-functional team members and other administrative staff
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and internal networks with minimal direction
  • Ability to navigate the organization with minimal direction
  • Strong initiative, tact, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
