About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support launch excellence by tracking key launch-related activities and ensuring timely execution
  • Identify, recommend, and support process improvement opportunities
  • Develop KPI-related reports communicating the status of critical deliverables
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and support for systems and processes, including SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Teams
  • Provide project management support for key initiatives, including medical advisory boards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and track project milestones and required documentation
  • Facilitate cross-functional representation at team meetings to optimize communication, decision-making, alignment, and collaboration
  • Collaborate with Finance and Purchasing to track portfolio budgets and address financial target implications
  • Recommend opportunities to increase cost flexibility and achieve financial targets
  • Implement and manage portfolio and operational activities through harmonized tools and systems
  • Support development of an integrated Medical Plan through meeting and communication coordination
  • Coordinate with Alliance and Franchise counterparts and stakeholders on program activities and tactical execution
  • Guide internal and external partners on business initiatives, workflows, processes, SOPs, and external guidelines
  • Build and maintain collaborative internal and external partnerships
  • Triage Veeva CRM and other field operating system issues
  • Process field content and materials through the MMRC approval process
  • Upload approved materials into Veeva CLM
  • Support global cross-GBU initiatives and general project management to complete projects within timelines and budgets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience, including project/program management experience supporting and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience using Smartsheet, Excel, project management systems/tools, and process improvement methodology highly desirable
  • Industry/pharma or biopharma experience strongly desired
  • Strong planning and tracking skills; ability to manage multiple projects according to priorities and self-management
  • In-depth knowledge of medical organizations, related operating processes, systems, policies, procedures and regulations
  • Working knowledge of business processes and systems, including medical activity planning and budgeting, highly desirable
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead, collaborate and align with diverse, cross-functional matrix teams
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical or biotechnical regulated environments and functions
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with well-developed organizational skills
  • Ability to lead project management initiatives and process improvement
  • Ability to champion change initiatives, promote innovation, and implement new approaches
  • Ability to conduct effective meetings
  • Working knowledge of field impact measuring tools, including One Medical Dashboard
  • Familiarity with information systems, CRM platforms, and IT resources
  • Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
  • Scientific knowledge and experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • US and Puerto Rico residents only
