About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote Belumosudil to meet or exceed territory sales goals through approved promotional efforts
  • Communicate and provide on-label information for Sanofi products to designated targets and accounts
  • Create clear, comprehensive business plans
  • Develop knowledge of key customers’ goals and desired clinical outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with HCPs and non-HCPs at targeted accounts
  • Manage and develop territory budgets for customer contacts, promotional programs, and external expenditures
  • Analyze sales and market trends to identify current and future business opportunities
  • Implement effective and strategic plans of action
  • Demonstrate product, disease-state, product-access, and reimbursement expertise
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Managed Care, Analytics, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, and other Sanofi teams
  • Maintain knowledge of Managed Care, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacy, State Medicaid, and Veterans Affairs selling and reimbursement environments
  • Deliver one-on-one, group, and non-personal on-label sales presentations
  • Prepare and analyze market data to identify customer and market trends
  • Deliver promotional messages through approved face-to-face and virtual channels
  • Use computer systems for planning, forecasting, and reviewing sales activities
  • Manage work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communications, samples, and expense reporting
  • Comply with laws, rules, regulations, and Sanofi policies governing pharmaceutical marketing and promotion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science or relevant Degree is required
  • Multiple years of progressive pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant experience is preferred
  • Experience in field sales, hospital/academic institution sales, and Managed Care within the oncology/hematology-transplant market
  • Proven success generating and driving sales results
  • Successful hematology product launch experience
  • Proficiency delivering virtual engagements to HCPs and staff
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to travel 60% of the time or greater
  • Must be a resident of the United States or Puerto Rico
