About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in Sanofi's 24-month structured graduate job rotation program
- Process and manage customer orders for New Zealand from receipt through delivery confirmation
- Manage and maintain accurate supply chain data
- Build reports using company tools and AI-powered platforms
- Support demand and replenishment planning activities
- Gain hands-on experience with SAP for core supply chain processes
- Track and manage key performance indicators
- Collaborate with healthcare partners, stakeholders, and third-party logistics providers
- Gain exposure to warehousing, transportation, distribution, and customer fulfilment operations
- Translate supply chain data into actionable insights and support performance improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree graduate, or up to 2 years of professional work experience
- Some exposure to supply chain, logistics, operations, customer service, or data analysis is a plus but not essential
- Detail-oriented and curious about data
- Problem-solving with numbers and ability to find patterns
- Ownership, initiative, determination, and results orientation
- Strong customer and team communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent English required
- Additional language skills are a plus but not essential
