About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate workstream execution plans against overall programme regulatory, customer and business priorities
  • Support readiness and delivery of the business migration plan
  • Work with Product / Business Leads and IT teams to ensure solutions are tested and documented
  • Establish clear implementation plans
  • Support engagement between Santander and TSB to ensure alignment, manage risks and issues, and meet regulatory requirements
  • Own and provide visibility of end-to-end risk management
  • Support post-migration stabilisation
  • Ensure customer and operational impacts are understood and addressed
  • Adhere to Programme & Project Policy Standards and the Transformation & Change Risk Policy
  • Coordinate across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance and Central Integration teams
  • Support transformational change for the TSB acquisition and post-migration programme

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrable understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from discovery through to post implementation, with hands-on experience delivering key phases
  • Ability to work with, influence and report to varying levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to take initiative, build plans and manage deliverables to deadlines
  • Previous experience in Business Analysis and Operational Change management
  • Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
