About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand business change needs and translate them into specific project requirements
  • Act as a key interface between business sponsors, stakeholders, technology and delivery teams
  • Use data capture, modelling and analysis to ensure business needs are addressed by project outputs
  • Facilitate stakeholder interaction and alignment
  • Participate in the project design process from design approval through functional design completion
  • Produce written documentation supporting analysis
  • Report findings and present them to stakeholders
  • Challenge and scrutinise the selected approach and change delivery
  • Determine and agree the best method for introducing change to the business
  • Define the analysis approach in line with the programme’s strategic vision and organisational methodology
  • Use data modelling to analyse findings and create strategic and operational improvement recommendations
  • Support a multi-year Financial Support transformation programme, including TSB migration, new customer contact channels, process simplification and obsolescence reduction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent knowledge of investigation techniques, business process modelling, requirements development and impact assessment
  • Experience operating in a project/programme environment
  • Experience with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Experience meeting deadlines
  • Experience using Debt Manager, CACS and other Financial Support systems
  • Excellent analytical and modelling skills
  • Analytical mindset and evidence-based approach
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and work under pressure on multiple projects with differing timeframes (preferred)
  • Problem-solving skills, including breaking down complex problems, vetting assumptions, creating frameworks and testing hypotheses (preferred)
