About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the Control Tower operating model, including organisational structure, forums, roles and responsibilities
Collaborate and maintain connectivity across all Programme workstreams
Design the integrated business and technology cutover blueprint
Transition the blueprint into an effective Control Tower
Provide command, control, decision support and disciplined execution through rehearsals, live migration and stabilisation
Safely migrate TSB customers and products onto Santander platforms
Define and execute the end-to-end migration strategy
