About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Customer & Product Data Migration team within Project Sparrow
- Help ensure disciplined Control Tower execution
- Develop quality-assured cutover content
- Provide accurate integrated runbook tracking
- Collect status updates
- Control dependencies and issues
- Maintain decision logs
- Coordinate communications
- Complete post-event closure
- Work closely with the Cutover Design & Control Tower Lead
- Support the safe migration of TSB customers and products onto Santander platforms
- Contribute to the end-to-end migration strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Migration event governance (Required)
- Weekend cutover design (Required)
- Event close out (Required)
- Relevant project, PMO, operations or migration experience (Required)
- Experience with integrated runbooks (Required)
- Process and dependency mapping (Required)
- Contingency planning (Required)
- Incident and decision logs (Required)
- Great organisation and attention to detail (Required)
- Effective matrix co-ordination (Required)
- Confidence to challenge unclear inputs (Required)
- Resilience and accuracy in time-critical settings (Required)
- PRINCE2, APM or equivalent qualification (Preferred)
- Ability to work from the London or Milton Keynes office locations
- Attendance at the office at least 12 days per month under the hybrid working pattern
