About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and validate delivery of the Book of Work within CDAIO
  • Partner with Engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure delivery fulfils OKRs
  • Create requirements for data assets aligned with policies, procedures, regulations and business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide relevant data solutions
  • Oversee and support on-time delivery of data assets in line with agreed architecture and use-case value
  • Ensure data assets are documented and understood by end users
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency and reliability through source-data analysis, monitoring and change-controlled processes
  • Own the integrity and day-to-day administration of the Domain portfolio
  • Maintain records for initiatives, owners, milestones, status, dependencies, risks, decisions, capacity, costs and benefits
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards and automated packs for portfolio reviews
  • Develop capacity-versus-demand views, resource scenarios, pipeline analysis and trend reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for effective data management and identification of data management risks
  • Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management strategies and tactics, including planning, organising, monitoring and controlling projects
  • Relevant degree, apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience
  • English
  • Working knowledge of Planview and Power BI or comparable tools
  • Great analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Proactive follow-up and confidence working with accountable owners
  • Ability to translate data into concise, actionable insight
  • Collaborative, organised and committed to continuous improvement
