About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and coordinate the Bank’s activities in preparation for the s.166 review process
  • Define and communicate protocols for responding to the Skilled Person’s information and meeting requests
  • Act as the day-to-day interface between the Bank and the Skilled Person
  • Aid the smooth and effective execution of the Skilled Person’s role
  • Facilitate regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior management on the progress and outcomes of the Skilled Person review
  • Provide oversight of responses to FCA requirement notices
  • Advise on s.166 activities and what to expect from the Skilled Person review
  • Support SMF and S4/S5 briefings
  • Facilitate, coordinate and provide guidance on file builds, information requests, walkthroughs and interviews with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide SME support, knowledge and guidance to Business Units
  • Act as a first point of contact between the business and the Skilled Person
  • Support the senior manager as their delegate in important stakeholder meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Financial Crime Policy and Regulatory Experience (Required)
  • Excellent Stakeholder management (Required)
  • Financial Crime Risk Management (Required)
  • Experience in validating and closing issues (Preferred)
  • Audit and/or Assurance experience (Preferred)
  • Financial Crime Regulatory experience (Preferred)
  • English (Required)
  • Must be able to attend the office at least 12 days per month
  • Must consider travel distance, time and cost to the chosen office location(s)
