Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee multiple SAP projects and programs across Federal and DoD accounts
Ensure delivery against contractual, financial, schedule, and quality commitments
Build executive relationships and strengthen customer satisfaction
Support long-term account growth
Partner with Sales and Enterprise Architects on business development, proposals, solution scoping, resource planning, and delivery strategy
Advance SAP Activate, Clean Core, AI, and cloud adoption to support customer transformation objectives
Mentor project managers and strengthen delivery governance
Promote consistent methodologies and best practices
Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and customer expectations
Foster AI-enabled ways of working and support adoption across teams
Ensure the quality and reliability of AI-generated outputs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a US Citizen; position requires access to customer data
10+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex SAP technology initiatives
Extensive experience supporting U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Federal Civilian customers
Deep expertise with SAP enterprise solutions, including S/4HANA, ERP, or ECC
Proven experience with cloud migration or adoption across hybrid, private, or public cloud environments
Expertise in program governance, financial and contractual management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder engagement
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor project managers in a matrixed organization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
PMP or relevant certification preferred
Ability to work in the East or Central U.S. time zone preferred by location
Willingness to travel up to 50%
