About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with onboarding new managers, including spending significant time in program as managers become familiar with program operations and SBY expectations
  • Conduct routine reviews of physical and virtual youth client files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Flag missing, incomplete, or inconsistent documentation and communicate findings for follow-up
  • Assist program staff with documentation requirements and correcting file deficiencies
  • Maintain tracking logs for file review findings, resolution status, and supervision completion rates
  • Support preparation for licensure reviews and external audits by gathering documentation, checklists, and compliance materials
  • Organize and maintain licensure binders, records, and digital files for inspections
  • Research regulatory requirements and licensing standards and summarize findings
  • Complete data collection and analysis tasks, including reviewing program outcome data
  • Support basic reports and data summaries for program leadership
  • Assist in identifying data trends or discrepancies indicating programmatic improvement areas
  • Review supervision documentation for timely completion and policy adherence
  • Assist with developing or updating supervision tracking tools and templates
  • Document quality assurance activities and prepare summaries of findings
  • Participate in site visits to program locations for quality monitoring
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in youth-serving organizations, government programs, or social services a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); experience with HMIS is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with program staff at all levels and communicate feedback constructively
