About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and support enterprise data and analytics solutions within the SAP landscape
Design and develop SAP HANA data models, calculation views, SQL scripts, table functions, and database objects
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Develop and maintain enterprise data models and analytics solutions for operational and strategic decision-making
Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA models, queries, and database processes
Support SAP integrations and data flows across SAP and non-SAP systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues through root cause analysis and system diagnostics
Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver business-aligned solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support procedures
Implement data quality and governance best practices
Support user adoption through knowledge sharing, user training, and post-deployment support
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout design, testing, deployment, and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of experience in SAP development, data, and analytics solutions
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP HANA, including data modeling, SQL scripting, calculation views, and performance optimization
Experience designing and supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and data management solutions within SAP environments
Working knowledge of SAP modules, particularly FI/CO, SD, and MM
Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Nice-to-have: Experience with SAP Datasphere
Nice-to-have: Experience supporting retail or ecommerce business environments
Nice-to-have: Knowledge of cloud-based analytics and data governance best practices
