Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and manage delayed and failed deliveries, taking immediate steps to address issues and communicate with stakeholders
Coordinate with delivery drivers and third-party delivery partners using company portals and internal dashboards
Use HubSpot, Slack, email, and phone to coordinate and follow up on delivery issues
Identify systemic delivery-operation issues and escalate them to appropriate teams
Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, evidence collection, and issue resolution
Share insights and action items with team members and departments to improve delivery processes
Cover later shifts during lunch and dinner to support dispatch operations during high-demand periods

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in dispatch or logistics coordination, especially in fast-paced environments such as food delivery, is highly desirable
Proficiency with cloud-based tools including delivery company portals, internal dashboards, HubSpot, and Slack
Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and proactively resolve delayed or failed deliveries
Strong written and verbal English skills are essential
Dedicated home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection and all necessary technology
Ability to meticulously document and analyze delivery issues
Personal computer or laptop with up-to-date software
High-speed internet connection
Keyboard, mouse, working webcam, and headset with a microphone
Primary 24” monitor; an additional 24” monitor preferred
