About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Saviynt's global partner marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
  • Partner with regional Marketing, Sales, and Partner leaders to identify market-specific opportunities and activate programs against named accounts and pipeline gaps
  • Create a global operating model balancing centralized strategy, standards, and investment governance with regional ownership and market relevance
  • Establish engagement models, planning cadences, decision rights, and service levels across global and regional stakeholders
  • Own marketing components of joint business plans, including target audiences, activation plans, mutual marketing commitments, pipeline goals, and success measures
  • Develop joint storytelling and increase market visibility through customer proof points, executive engagement, thought leadership, and ecosystem campaigns
  • Build repeatable, multi-region go-to-market motions combining campaigns, account-based marketing, events, content, digital activation, enablement, and joint selling
  • Translate global campaign and product priorities into partner-ready programs adaptable across AMS, EMEA, and APJ
  • Develop scalable playbooks, toolkits, templates, and content
  • Develop joint partner programs advancing Saviynt's AI and identity security strategy
  • Set a global measurement framework for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, revenue contribution, engagement, and program efficiency
  • Use reporting to identify programs driving pipeline and ROI and present performance insights and investment recommendations
  • Own global partner marketing budget planning and allocation
  • Lead performance reviews and QBRs, recommending investments to scale, optimize, pause, or redirect
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global partner marketing team
  • Advise global and regional Partner and Alliances leadership
  • Create intake, planning, and prioritization processes for Partner teams
  • Drive alignment across Field Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Communications, Customer Marketing, and SDR teams
  • Represent partner marketing in planning, campaign, pipeline, and budget forums and communicate priorities, results, risks, and opportunities to executives
  • Identify ecosystem opportunities, develop co-investment models, and evolve partner marketing strategy as identity security, cloud, and AI ecosystems change

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Significant B2B marketing experience, including leadership of partner, alliance, channel, ecosystem, or integrated go-to-market programs in enterprise technology
  • Demonstrated success building global strategies and operating across regions, cultures, time zones, and matrixed organizations
  • Strong understanding of GSIs, hyperscalers, resellers and channel partners, and technology alliances
  • Proven ability to connect strategy and execution to partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue outcomes
  • Experience managing budgets and making investment decisions using performance data, business priorities, and partner commitments
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent executive communication, planning, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
  • Ability to move between long-range strategy and hands-on problem solving in a fast-growing environment
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
  • Preferred: Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, cloud, enterprise SaaS, or another complex technology category
  • Preferred: Experience developing joint programs with major cloud providers, global consulting firms, regional channel partners, and technology ecosystem partners
  • Preferred: Experience with account-based marketing, partner relationship management, Salesforce, marketing automation, and attribution and analytics platforms
  • Preferred: Experience supporting global launches, executive programs, partner events, and multi-region campaigns
