About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft and execute sales strategy for the Converged Identity Platform, focused on the Privilege Access Manager portion
  • Lead sales conversations and presentations throughout the customer lifecycle, from prospecting to post-sale
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to adjust sales strategies and drive growth
  • Build relationships with regional partners to drive revenue growth and product adoption across the eastern regions of the United States
  • Drive profitable subscription revenue growth
  • Assess and improve partnerships and optimize sales processes
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term partner strategies
  • Optimize sales performance and infrastructure for growth
  • Work with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes, tools, and resources
  • Train and enable Account Executives, Client Success Managers, and other customer-facing teams on the Converged Identity Platform and PAM
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement content, training materials, and best practices
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and align product development and marketing with customer needs
  • Collaborate with product, product marketing, and sales teams on competitive positioning and product offerings
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, ideally in the Privilege Access Management technology space
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and predictable, sustainable growth
  • Ability to lead complex Privilege Access Management strategies, drive revenue growth, and scale sales operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level customers in a security-focused environment
  • Experience selling to cloud-only or hybrid-environment infrastructure customers
  • Experience working with product, product marketing, and sales teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience with a Privilege Access Management vendor or partner, with a focus on PAM
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription revenue strategies
  • Previous experience working in a remote-first organization or managing remote teams
  • Adherence to Saviynt’s information security and privacy policies and procedures, including annual security training
