About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run the Platform Services operating rhythm, including weekly reviews, KR tracking, quarterly planning, and annual planning
Own planning logistics, including headcount templates, capacity models, KR tracking, and planning documentation schedules
Draft and maintain internal documents, meeting materials, and updates
Lead cross-functional projects from scoping through stakeholder alignment, execution, and iteration
Partner with Advisor Success leaders to improve workflows, SOPs, documentation, and enablement for frontline teams
Break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, timelines, and owners
Identify manual, repetitive work and partner with Operations and Engineering to automate or simplify it
Track adoption of new tools and processes and improve them through feedback loops
Build analyses and simple capacity, workload, and ROI models
Maintain core metrics and reporting to track progress and identify risks early
Help Savvy scale through systems and automation rather than headcount alone

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly rigorous analytical role
Experience in a high-growth startup or another high-ownership setting where you wore multiple hats
Strong project management skills
Structured, analytical problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and automation tools
Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills
High ownership and low ego
Comfort in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
Exposure to wealth management financial services operations is nice to have
Experience building or improving SOPs, process documentation, or enablement materials for frontline or client-facing teams is nice to have
Ability to work a 4-day-per-week in-office schedule in Manhattan
Must be based in New York or willing to relocate to New York
Must answer work authorization and US sponsorship questions
