About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own onboarding and ramp programs for core Sales and Operations teams, including curricula, milestones, practice opportunities, and proficiency standards
- Build and manage ongoing enablement, including recurring training, refreshers, certifications, coaching resources, and targeted interventions
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Product Marketing, and subject-matter experts to translate complex products, processes, and launches into role-specific training
- Diagnose capability and performance gaps and determine when enablement can improve performance
- Create engaging training focused on practice, application, and behavior change
- Establish and track metrics across ramp time, proficiency, training effectiveness, adoption, productivity, and business outcomes
- Build scalable systems to capture institutional knowledge from functional leaders and SMEs
- Use AI to improve the quality, personalization, and scalability of enablement through simulations, role plays, coaching resources, and learning content
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, sales enablement, operations enablement, or a related role, with experience owning programs end to end
- Experience building or meaningfully improving onboarding and ramp programs for customer-facing, revenue-generating, or operational teams
- Exceptional facilitation and teaching ability, making complex or dry topics simple, practical, engaging, and memorable
- Business-performance-oriented enablement mindset focused on faster ramp, stronger proficiency, better execution, and higher productivity
- Ability to diagnose ambiguous performance problems, identify underlying capability gaps, and translate them into actionable programs
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with senior leaders and subject-matter experts
- Data-driven approach to establishing success metrics, evaluating program effectiveness, and iterating based on data
- Ability to build programs from scratch and iterate in a fast-moving environment
- Highly fluent with AI and regular use of AI to improve work and create leverage
- Experience within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or another complex and rapidly evolving business (nice to have)
- Experience supporting both Sales and Operations organizations (nice to have)
- Experience creating certification or proficiency-based learning programs (nice to have)
- Experience using AI for simulations, role playing, coaching, content creation, or personalized learning (nice to have)
- Familiarity with LMS, knowledge management, learning analytics, or other enablement technology (nice to have)
- Experience supporting product or process launches and translating complex changes into employee-facing training (nice to have)
- Ability to work a 4-day-per-week in-office schedule in Manhattan
- Must be able to work in the United States; application asks whether sponsorship will be required
